Kernel Lab is an AI-powered binary reverse engineering and security analysis platform. Users may upload binary files (EXE, DLL, APK, and similar) to receive automated static analysis reports. The Service also provides a binary unpacking utility and optional one-time security products via the Arsenal.
You agree to use Kernel Lab only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Kernel Lab is intended for legitimate security research, malware analysis, CTF competitions, software auditing, and similar defensive security use cases.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at Discord: discord.gg/AZmgS2UDjk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
Paid plans are billed through NowPayments using cryptocurrency. Prices are as displayed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable charge.
Products sold through the Arsenal (protection systems, drivers, tools, courses) are digital goods delivered after payment confirmation. All sales are final. Licenses are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse engineer Arsenal products.
You retain ownership of files you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze the files solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your files and do not share them with third parties except as required to operate the Service (e.g., AI API providers).
Files are automatically deleted within 24 hours of upload. We are not responsible for permanent storage of your uploaded files or analysis results.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. Kernel Lab makes no warranties that:
Analysis reports are for informational purposes only. Always verify findings independently before taking action based on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kernel Lab and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
All Kernel Lab platform software, branding, analysis algorithms, YARA rules, and report templates are the intellectual property of Kernel Lab. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections covering liability, IP, and disputes survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
